Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item to arrange a refund or exchange. To cancel the contract of sale you must notify us in writing or by e-mail within the 14 working day period; phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in good condition and packaged suitably for safe transport to qualify for a full refund. Once we have received and checked the item we will issue a full refund on receipt, including the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Items that arrive faulty or damaged by the carrier in transit will be collected and replaced FREE of charge but you must notify us immediately if this is the case.

Please note:

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if you have notified us in writing to arrange your return within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you return the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • If the item is not faulty then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If the item is faulty then we will pay for the cost of return.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are found to be faulty and a refund is made.

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on personal care products, perishable items, or digital products.

Product Warranties

Graded Products - Our graded products are covered by our comprehensive 30 day, 60 day, 90 day or 1 year warranty. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us for assistance.

New Products - Our new products are covered by the full manufacturer warranty. If your product develops a fault within 30 days please contact us for assistance. If your product develops a fault after 30 days please contact the manufacturer or consult the warranty documentation enclosed with your product. You may need proof of purchase to proceed with a manufacturer warranty claim.
